The "LX Mobile Systems" group is a leader in providing full turnkey project computing solutions for the mobile worker and the supply chain.

The group has a wide range of solutions which include hardware, software, data communications,integration, consulting, implementation and supports services.

The group currently employs over 65 of the best and most experienced professionals in the field, including project managers, programmers (20), QA, service and laboratory technicians and a helpdesk with 24/7 hotline.

The "LX Mobile Systems" group has over 300 systems installed in Israel and Europe with over 3500 data terminals in the field which include software and thousands of additional terminals and accessories including PDT's, printers, scanners,APs,etc.

The group is a distributor and reseller of world-leading hardware manufacturers in the areas of mobile computing, forklift computing, wireless networks,barcode printing and scanning and RFID. These partnerships give LX Mobile Systems a direct access to the data and knowhow maintained by each and every manufacturer.

The LX Mobile Systems group has grown through acquisitions and ventures in the past 3 years as follows:

· In January 2005, the acquisition of the assets and activities of "Al-xon portable terminal", who had been the pioneer of mobile computing in Israel and had accumulated over 20 years of experience in Israel and worldwide.

· In April 2005, the acquisition of D.H.S. Czech and D.H.S. Slovakia, specializing in mobile computing and supply chain solutions in Eastern Europe.

· In January 2006, Giraffe Mobilis was founded, focusing on cellular handsets and cellular specialized devices for all cellular technologies.

· In January 2007, the group acquired 24.9% of Mobisoft LTD, a leader in Sales Force Automation solutions in Israel.
