Mr. Yaacov Danino (46), Director & Chief Financial Officer
Has been a director since 2005. Has over 18 years experience as an accountant and financial officer. In 2004 he was Chief Financial Officer for H.R.V.A.C Consulting Engineering Co. Ltd, an international engineering firm with a subsidiary in Eastern Europe. From 1997 to 2003 he was Chief Financial Officer for Randi Ltd, a food and cosmetics importer. He holds a B.A, from The College of Management- Academic Studies, Tel-Aviv (1990) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Israel CPA) (1994).
Mr. Robert Hayim (52), Non-Executive Director
Mr. Hayim is a Managing Director with Charles Street Securities Inc where is responsible for supervision of private equity portfolio investments. Mr. Hayim has been involved in the start-up of technology businesses in the financial markets. He founded and was managing director of E-Vote Limited from 1997 to 2000. In 1995 he founded Data Source Limited and was Managing Director until 1998. From 1991 to 1994 he was with Thomson Financial as general manager of the electronics settlements group.
Mr Hayim has a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds (1977) and an MBA in management and finance from the Bradford Management Centre (1981).
