Has been a director since 2005. Has over 18 years experience as an accountant and financial officer. In 2004 he was Chief Financial Officer for H.R.V.A.C Consulting Engineering Co. Ltd, an international engineering firm with a subsidiary in Eastern Europe. From 1997 to 2003 he was Chief Financial Officer for Randi Ltd, a food and cosmetics importer. He holds a B.A, from The College of Management- Academic Studies, Tel-Aviv (1990) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Israel CPA) (1994).
Dr. Pavel Subrt (37), Managing Director, DHS (Czech Republic)
Has joined DHS as Managing Director starting in September 2007. Came from Coty Ceska Republika, the Czech branch of an international cosmetics company, where he was Supply Chain and IT director from 1997 to 2007. Previously, from 1995 to 1997 he worked for Čokoládovny a.s as a Supply chain project manager and planning manager. He has a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the University of Chemical Technology in Prague (2002).
Mr. Tomas Zeman (33), Head of Sales, DHS (Czech Republic)
He joined DHS in November 2007 as head of Sales for Eastern Europe. Mr. Zeman, who has Slovakian nationality, came from CD Telematika, where he was marketing manager since 2004. Previously he had marketing and CRM management positions with GTS in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Mr. Shai Eisenberg (37), VP Marketing and Sales, LX Mobile Systems Ltd.
He joined LX Mobile Systems Ltd in 2007. Has over 12 years experience as salesman, sales manager and marketing manager. Most recently, from 2001 to 2006 he was sales manager and VP for sales and marketing for Micronet, a company specializing in Sales Force Automation software with international focus. From 1999 to 2001 he was a sales and marketing manager for the Palmpoint division of Retalix Ltd. Prior to this from 1996 to 1999 he was in regional sales and key accounts manager in Tnuva Dairies.
Mr. Meir Porat (45) – VP Software Development (LX Mobile Systems Ltd)
He joined LX Mobile Systems Ltd in Feb. 2008 – has over 20 years experience in software development. Most recently, from 2003 to 2008 he was development, account and project manager in Tiltan System Engineering Ltd (a subsidiary of the Israeli Aircraft Industries). Previously from 2001 to 2002 he was development manger for Geosim Systems, and before that he spent over 10 years with NESS, one of Israel’s largest IT system integrators as a team leader and project manager. Mr Porat has a BA in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Bar-Ilan (1984).
